दोस्तों देवों के देव महादेव के 12 ज्योतिर्लिंगों के बारे में सुना होगा लेकिन दोस्तों भारत में कहां कहां पर स्थित हैं यह 12 ज्योतिर्लिंग दोस्तो 200 पुराणों के अनुसार जहां जहां ज्योतिर्लिंग है उन 12 स्थान पर भगवान शिव प्रकट हुए थे। कहा जाता है कि ज्योतिर्लिंगों के दर्शन, पूजन, आराधना एवम् नाम जपने मात्र से ही भक्तों के सभी पापसमाप्त हो जाते हैं और बाबा भोलेनाथ की विशेष कृपा उन पर बनी रहती है ।
1. सोमनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों सोमनाथ मंदिर गुजरात के काठियावाड़ क्षेत्र में समुद्र के किनारे में स्थित है। चंद्रमा ने भगवान शिव को आराध्य मानकर पूजा की थी और चंद्रमा को सोम भी कहा जाता है । इसलिए इसी नाम पर इस ज्योतिर्लिंग का नाम सोमनाथ पड़ा।
2. महाकालेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों मध्य प्रदेश के उज्जैन में शिप्रा नदी के तट पर स्थित महाकालेश्वर स्वयंभू दक्षिणमुखी ज्योतिर्लिंग है। देश भर में यह तीर्थ स्थान बाबा महाकाल के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है।
3.मल्लिका अर्जुन ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों मल्लिकार्जुन मंदिर आंध्र प्रदेश कुरनूल जिले में कृष्णानदी के तट पर स्थित है। माना जाता है कि ज्योतिर्लिंग के दर्शन से सात्विक मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती है और दैहिक दैविकभौतिक पाप नष्ट हो जाते हैं।
4. केदारनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों केदारनाथ धाम उत्तराखंड में अलकनंदा और मंदाकिनी नदियों के तट पर स्थित है यही पर नर और नारायण की तपस्थली है। कहा जाता है कि उन्हीं की प्रार्थना पर भगवान शिव ने यहां अपना बात स्वीकार किया था।
5.ओम्कारेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर मध्यप्रदेश में नर्मदा नदी के किनारे मनधाता पर्वत पर स्थित है। ऐसी मान्यता है की इनके दर्शन मात्र से ही पुरुषार्थ चतुष्टय की प्राप्ति होती है।
6. त्रंबकेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों त्रंबकेश्वर मंदिर महाराष्ट्र के नासिक से 30 किलोमीटर पश्चिम में स्थित है। गोदावरी नदी के किनारे स्थित यह मंदिर काले पत्थरों से बना है। माना जाता है कि गौतम और पवित्र नदी गोदावरी की प्रार्थना पर ही भगवान शिव ने स्थान पर अपने वाश की स्वीकृति दी थी ।
7. नागेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों नागेश्वर मंदिर गुजरात में द्वारिका पुरी से 7 मील की दूरी पर स्थित है। कहते हैं कि भगवान की इच्छा अनुसार इस ज्योतिर्लिंग का नामकरण किया गया है।
8.भीमाशंकर ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों भीमाशंकर ज्योतिर्लिंग महाराष्ट्र में पुणे से करीब 100 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। यहां पर स्थित शिवलिंग काफी मोटा है। इसलिए यह मंदिर कोटेश्वर महादेव मंदिर के नाम से भी प्रसिद्ध है।
9. विश्वनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों धर्म नगरी काशी में काशी विश्वनाथ का मंदिर गंगा नदी के तट पर स्थित है। ऐसी मान्यता है कि हिमालय छोड़कर भगवान ने अपना स्थाई निवास बनाया था। इसी वजह से ऐसा माना जाता है कि प्रलय काल का इस नदी पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ता।
10. घृष्णेश्वर ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों भगवान शिव का 12 ज्योतिर्लिंग में एक है घृष्णेश्वर के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है। इस मंदिर को घुश्मेश्वर के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। यह मंदिर महाराष्ट्र। दौलताबाद से लगभग 18 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित है ।
11. बैजनाथ ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों बैजनाथ बाबा बैजनाथ भी कहा जाता है। झारखंड के देवघर जिले में स्थित है। कहा जाता है कि रावण ने अपने तप के बल के कारण शिवलिंग को लंका में ले जाने की कोशिश की, लेकिन रास्ते में व्यवधान आ जाने के कारण शर्त के अनुसार शिव जी यही स्थापित हो गए।
12. रामेश्वरम ज्योतिर्लिंग
दोस्तों रामेश्वरम मंदिर तमिलनाडु राज्य में स्थित है। ऐसी मान्यता है कि रावण की लंका पर चढ़ाई करने के पहले भगवान राम ने शिवलिंग की स्थापना थी। वही रामेश्वरम के नाम से विश्वविख्यात हुआ।
