प्रस्तावना
देश की रक्षा के लिए कमर कसो या चूड़ी पहन कर घर में बैठो तुम्हें धर्म की सौगंध जो इस कागज का सही पता बैरी को दो यह शब्द थे जिन्होंने ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य के विरुद्ध विद्रोह का बिगुल बजाने में प्रमुख भूमिका निभाई। वे शब्द जिन्होंने क्रांति की ज्याला को चलाने में समिधा का कार्य किया। जिन्होंने इतिहास रच दिया और इतिहास में अमर हो गए। यह शब्द से प्रथम स्वतंत्रता संग्राम की प्रमुख सूत्रधार वीरांगना अवंती बाई के, जिनकी अप्रतिम शौर्यगाथा आज भी हम सबको प्रेरित कर रही है।
अवंतीबाई का जन्म
दोस्तों 16 अगस्त, 1831 को मनके हनी (जिला -शिवनी, मध्य प्रदेश) के जमींदार राव जुझार के पूरे उत्सव का माहौल था बधाइयों और के बीच मिठाइयाँ बाँटी जा रही थी। -बाजे बज रहे थे। जुझार सिंह जी के यहां एक प्यारी सी बिटिया ने जन्म लिया था। माता-पिता को पाकर खुशी से फूले न समा रहे थे, उनके पर जो अवती आई थी।
अवंतीबाई की शिक्षा
दोस्तों बालिका अवंती बाई की बाई की प्रारंभिक शिक्षा मनकेहनी गांव में हुई उसे बचपन से ही घुड़सवारी और तलवारबाजी का बहुत शौक था। लोग बालिका अवंती घुड़सवारी और तलवारबाजी को देखते आश्चर्य चकित हो जाते। जैसे-जैसे बालिका ‘अवती’ बड़ी होती गई उसके साहस और पराक्रम के किस्से -पास के क्षेत्रों में फैलने लगे।
अवंतीबाई का विवाह
दोस्तों विवाह योग्य होने पर पिता जुझार सिंह ने बेटी अवती बाई का रिश्ता रामगढ़ के राजा सिंह राजकुमार विक्रमादित्य से कर दिया। विवाह के उपरांत जुझार सिंह की यह साहसी बिटिया रामगढ़ के राजा लक्ष्मण की सुलवधू बनी।
अवती की योग्यता का परिचय
दोस्तों सन् 1850 में राजा लक्ष्मण सिंह को मृत्यु हो जाने पर राजकुमार विक्रमादित्य राजा के रूप में राजतिलक किया गया लेकिन कुछ समय बाद राजा विक्रमादित्य अस्वस्थ रहने इनके पुत्र अमान सिंह और शेर सिंह अभी बहुत छोटे थे अतः राज्य की पूरी देखरेख का जिम्मा अवंती पर ही आ गया। ऐसी विषम परिस्थिति में अवती बाई ने पूरी योगता का परिचय देते हुए को ब्रिटिश शासन के विरुद्ध संघर्ष जारी रखा।लोधी रानी अवंतीबाई जिनकी वीरता से थराते थे अंग्रेज।

Birth of Avantibai – Friends, on August 16, 1831, the Zamindar Rao Jujhar of Manke Honey (District-Shivani, Madhya Pradesh) had a festive atmosphere with greetings and sweets being distributed among them. – The bells were ringing. A lovely daughter was born to Jujhar Singh ji. On seeing the parents, they were not blown away by the joy that had come upon them.
Education of Avantibai – The early education of the girl child of Avanti Bai took place in Mankehni village, she was very fond of horse riding and fencing since childhood. People would be amazed to see the girl Avanti horse riding and fencing. As the girl ‘Avati’ grew up, the tales of her courage and valor started spreading in the nearby areas.
Marriage of Avantibai – Friends, being able to get married, father Jujhar Singh made daughter Avati Bai’s relationship with Raja Singh, Prince Vikramaditya of Ramgarh. After marriage, this courageous daughter of Jujhar Singh became the bride of Raja Lakshman of Ramgarh.
Introducing Avati’s qualifications – Friends, in 1850, when King Laxman Singh died, Prince Vikramaditya was crowned as the king, but after some time, King Vikramaditya remained unwell, his sons Aman Singh and Sher Singh were still very young, so the entire state of the state. The responsibility of maintenance fell on Avanti itself. In such an odd situation, Avati Bai continued the struggle against the British rule, showing full competence.
