हेलो दोस्तो मेरा नाम है हितेश कुमार इस पोस्ट में मैं देसी आटा चक्की के बारे में बताने वाला हूं जिसे लोग “जाता” के नाम से जानते है।
छत्तीसगढ़ का देसी आटा चक्की “जाता”
जाता क्या है – जाता आमतौर पे छत्तीसगढ़ का देसी आटा चक्की माना जाता है।
जाता कैसे दिखाता है – दोस्तो “जाता” आम तौर में दो पत्थर होता है जिसके उपर एक हत्था होता है ऊपर जो पत्थर होता है जिसके बीच में एक कील होता है ।
“जाता” का काम- दोस्तो जाता का उपयोग छत्तीसगढ़ में पुराने समय में घर में गेहूं,चावल आदि की पिसाई करने के लिए किया जाता है।
“जाता” के उपयोग कैसे करते है – दोस्तो “जाता” का उपयोग आम तौर में घर की महिलाए करती है। जाता के उपरी भाग में जो छेद होता है वहां से गेंहू चावल आदि चीजे जिनका पिसाई करना है उसे डाला जाता है और “जाते” का जो हत्था होता है उसे घुमाया जाता है जाते के हत्थे को लगातार गुमाने से दो पत्थर के बीच गेंहू पीस कर किनारे से गिरने लगता है जिसे आखिरी में ऊठा लिया जाता है।
दोस्तो तो बहुत ही आसानी से जाता का प्रयोग कर गेहूं पीस लिया जाता है।

What is Jata – Jata is generally considered to be a native flour mill of Chhattisgarh.

The work of “jatas” – Dosto jatas are used to grind wheat, rice etc. in Chhattisgarh in the past.
How to use “jatas” – Friends, “jatas” are commonly used by the women of the house. The holes in the upper part of the jat are put from which things like rice and rice are to be milled and “jat” The handle of the Jat is rotated by continuously rotating the handle of the Jat and grinding the wheat between two stones and falling from the edge which is picked up in the last.
Friends, wheat is grinded using jata very easily.
